Mindfulness Personal Training (PT)
Private 1:1 sessions
Session Length: 60 minutes
Each indvididual come to Mindfulness and Meditation with a range of experience levels and varying intentions towards their practice. Therefore, learning these practices in the context of your own lives helps you develop and establish a sustainable, flexible and personalised practice.
Sessions can be taken up individually or with a partner/friend. You will learn the foundations, mechanics and process of Mindfulness and how to cultivate this skill through Meditation.
You will take home a personalised Mindfulness Program especially tailored to your own experience and needs, to help you start experiencing life and yourself more mindfully now.
