We will explore breathing techniques that will allow you meditate with more ease, and help you to find the confidence to create your own personal daily practise. Mindful Yoga for Pain Workshop

Across 3 weeks on Saturdays in August, Tina Bruce will help those suffering from chronic pain to utilise yoga and mindfulness for pain management. Tina will introduce some of the large misconceptions related to pain and will teach how her style of Mindful Yoga provides therapy on the mat to overcome persistent pain. MBSR Program with Marike Knight

Marike Knight will be returning to run the world renowned MBSR  (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) program. This 8 week intensive program is regularly reported as "life changing". Mindfulness & Self Compassion Workshop for Women

Kate will be back in September in run this workshop. In this relaxing and informal workshop, Kate James will introduce the basic concepts of mindfulness and share how you can use these concepts to create a state of inner calm and a more grounded and supportive relationship with yourself.
