These are 45 minutes classes which consist of guided meditations and mindfulness teachings. These classes are an excellent way to help make meditation a regular and valuable practice in your day, and to build the skill of mindfulness.
No meditation experience is necessary, the classes are suitable for beginners and experienced meditators, and everyone is welcome.

Mindfulness PT Sessions
To take up individually or with a friend/partner, this is a 1 hour session at Madam Heap that introduces you to the fundamentals of mindfulness and meditation practice. These sessions are an excellent way to connect with mindfulness in the context of your own lives and to create more meaning and happiness in your day-to-day. The session includes guided meditations and take home tools on how to live more mindfully.
Sessions are available on Mondays, Wednesdays (including evening) and Fridays.

"Mindful Living, Happy Being" Workshop
At Madam Heap, we deliver our signature Mindful Living Happy Being course throughout the year for any members of the community. This course is a full day program which consists of comprehensive teaching of the necessary ingredients to live mindfully and experience more happiness and meaning in your life. You will be taught:
• Why mindfulness is so important in our society today.
• The practice of mindfulness and how to cultivate this skill through meditation.
• The importance of bringing mindfulness into our everyday living
• How mindful living helps us to deal with emotions and stress in healthy ways; how it allows us to take pause, focus our attention and to make wise choices in our behaviors.
