Spring Detox Meditation
Use this special time to let go what has bogged us down through the long hibernation season. We can think of “spring cleaning” to not only clear out the clutter in our home, but in our body and mind as well. Mandy Dore will lead this one hour meditation class to help cleanse the mind and detox the body as we transition into the new season. Give yourself just one hour - you deserve it!
