The pressure of adult life can often lead to us feeling stuck in some way. At times we may feel stuck in a job, a relationship, a situation or in a role we take on. We may feel caught up in cycles of busyness, of self-critical thinking, of worry or regret. These feelings of stagnation can lead us to believe our life choices are limited and that we have little freedom and choice in how we live our lives.
This morning event offers us opportunities to release the grip of the aspects of our lives that lead us to feeling stuck. We shall cultivate a sense of movement within ourselves. And from this movement we shall experience a sense of flow, of lightness, of freedom. We shall do this by focussing on three practices. Letting go, letting be, and letting in. Together, let’s share this experience of movement and freedom, this experience of coming unstuck.
