Can you feel the pressure of the end of the year already starting to build? Work commitments, family commitments, festive celebrations, catch-ups, the pressure to get all those little messy jobs done before the end of the year. Before the silly season really sets in, come and join us for an afternoon of deep rest and relaxation. Take some time to fill your cup so you can embrace December with energy, a sense of perspective and fun. Participants will also leave this session with some practical tools for cultivating calm and reducing stress in their daily lives.
