As a 3rd generation yoga teacher, Emma has been practicing yoga for the past 20 years & is excited to share her passion with you. Through a safe & non-imposed practice, emphasis is placed on the legs & spine. Emma hopes to help you improve flexibility without feeling intense “stretch”,improve strength without feeling “tense” or “stressed” & to promote circulation without needing to “increase the heart-rate”.
