Come and join us for an afternoon of mindfulness, meditation and gratitude for all that we have, and all that we are.
We spend so much of our day caught in cycles of doing and reacting, our awareness focussed on getting through our endless “to do lists”. This way of being not only takes us out of the present moment, it also leaves us feeling stressed, anxious and overwhelmed.
Cultivating gratitude is an effective antidote to these feelings and sense of overwhelm. Did you know, it’s not possible to feel grateful and stressed at the same time?
Gratitude is a powerful tool for expanding our awareness, relaxing our bodies and minds, tapping into our hearts, and bringing us into the present moment. A regular gratitude practice has the power to shift our outlook on life from one of expectation to appreciation.
During this event we shall use mindfulness and meditation as a gateway to experiencing deep gratitude for ourselves, our relationships and the life that is ours right now. We shall learn to shift our focus from expectation to appreciation and thankfulness. Participants will also leave this session with some practical tools for growing gratitude in their daily lives.
Course Date: Saturday 7th July 3pm - 5pm
