The focus of this session will be on mindfulness and feeling more connected to ourselves, others and the world around us. We will reconnect with ourselves through a focus on our breath, body and heart. We shall hold our relationships in our minds eye and offer them the attention they need to grow and flourish. We shall also connect to something larger than ourselves. Participants will also leave this session with some practical tools for cultivating greater connection in their daily lives.
