The focus of this session will be on mindfulness and compassion, both for ourselves and for others. Cultivating compassion for ourselves, those we love and our lives can be a deeply grounding, restorative and supportive practice. It also paves the way for greater acceptance, presence and less judgement.
So if you would like to learn to respond more skilfully to the part of you that is self-critical, and also to cultivate feelings of being on you own side, come and join us. This session will also appeal to those seeking more compassion in their relationships and in their lives more generally. Participants will leave with practical tools for cultivating more self-compassion in their lives.
