MindSpa Sunday

MindSpa Sunday is half a day filled with a Yoga practice accessible to all levels, Yoga Nidra meditation as well as a Workshop to learn something new and inspiring.

Join us for:

  • 1hr workshop ‘Yin Yoga and the 5 Elements of Chinese Medicine’ 

  • Delicious morning/ afternoon tea with homemade chai and treats

  • Opportunity to meet and connect with like-minded people in a small group

  • 75min Yin Yoga practice (all equipment provided, suitable for all experience levels)

  • 25min Yoga Nidra practice for complete mind:body relaxation

  • Closing circle

We will also have morning tea and meet like-minded people.
