Ayurveda - the ancient science of life is a holistic approach to wellness. Encompassing movement, nourishment. ritual and timing to cultivate right connection, right living.

We will work together to harness nature and the seasons to help us feel and show up in our most vibrant state of being.

A slow and embodied movement practice

Learning about Aryuveda, tips for calming anxiety, overwhelm, to calm digestion and over-thinking that can come with Autumn. 

Practice, ritual and real-life tips.
