take-home journaling practice
finishing with a warm herbal tonic, nourishing vegan treats and chats!
I hope with these Sacred Woman Spaces to create a sense of deeper engagement with one another and sense of even deeper personal embodiment.
This will be very simple, slow, movement with very restful holds, mostly laying on the ground with blankets, cushions and bolsters - you will not need any yoga experience for this afternoon.
