This women’s circle is a time for you to slow down, be present, reflect and chat. We’ll connect with ourselves and others, drop our facades and just be ourselves! No judgement, no rush and nowhere else to be for 90 minutes. You’ll leave with many helpful tips that will help you to live more mindfully and appreciate all that you are, all that you have and all that you’re yet to be. Healthy snacks, herbal teas, your own journal and some other goodies will be provided for you to enjoy.
What to wear: something that you’re comfortable in.

Bridget is a Certified Holistic Health Coach who works primarily with women to help them prioritise themselves and what’s most important to them before they burnout. She seeks to understand each individual and their circumstances and works to bridge the gap from where they are to where they’d like to be without adding extra pressure. Bridget works with clients 1:1 from her office in South Yarra and also offers sessions online and over the phone. She’s realistic, approachable and loves the simple things in life.
