Join Valentina Sierra on this 3-day course and discover a simple, effortless and

highly beneficial practice that absolutely anyone can learn.

Valentina teaches the 1 Giant Mind Meditation Technique, which is a simple and

effective meditation method designed to help your mind to naturally settle down, and

your body to rest, release stress and dissolve fatigue.

During this meditation practice you can experience inner wakefulness beyond

thoughts and access a state of awareness of who you truly are.

The integration of a stable state of awareness and deeper levels of rest into your

daily activity, allows you to be calmer, more present, more creative and more

capable to respond to the challenges and the demands of life.


The course consists of 3 x 90-minute sessions, held over 3 consecutive days. All 3

sessions must me attended to complete the course.

The technique is explained theoretically and also practiced, ensuring you

understand, implement and integrate the practice correctly.

Day 1: Learning the technique and its benefits.

Day 2: Practicing the mechanics of the technique and how to make meditation a

simple, daily habit.

Day 3: Understanding the nature of the mind and how meditation transforms your

life and the life of others.


This course is a comprehensive in-person ‘learn to meditate’ experience and a

precious opportunity to unplug from the apps and headphones and connect to other

human beings.

At the 3-day course you will learn how to develop a daily, simple and self-sufficient

meditation practice, but you will also gain on-going support and access to FREE

Monthly Group Meditation sessions.

These monthly group meditations will support your regular practice, providing a

space where you can share your life and meditation experiences, learn deeper

knowledge about meditation, and participate in an amazing community of meditators.


Day 1: Friday 24th May 2019 - 6:30 – 8:00 PM

Day 2: Saturday 25th May 2019 – 5:00 – 6:30 PM

Day 3: Sunday 26th May 2019 – 5:00 – 6:30 PM



Herbal tea, mats, blankets and meditation chairs are provided.
