Requiring no focus, no concentration and no fancy positions, this technique is so simple that absolutely anyone can learn! Vedic meditation uses a mantra (sound) and a simple mental technique which draws the mind into a calm, relaxed state. As the mind settles down, the body follows, allowing deep rest and rejuvenation to occur. By practicing daily, we gain access to the full potential of our mind and find that we are able to move through life with greater clarity, energy and compassion.
Taught over four, consecutive sessions designed to give you all the knowledge you need to be a self-sufficient meditator - You will discover how simple it is to dissolve stress and fatigue from the body so you can relax and enjoy life!
Session 1: Friday 16th - A one hour, private session where you will receive your personal mantra and instructions for practice. Select your preferred time upon sign up (9am-8pm)
Session 2: Saturday 17th - 10am-11:30am
Session 3: Sunday 18th - 10am-11:30am
Session 4: Monday 19th - 7pm-8:30pm
