Gentle Yoga on Monday Evenings

Please join me, Eva, on Monday evenings for a gentle yoga class. The group class is kept to a maximum of 6 participants, to ensure you have enough space to move and also receive the personal attention you deserve.
The first half of the class consists of a slow flow – a series of standing postures, practiced at a slower pace. This allows you to move mindfully, whilst also building some strength in an accessible way. The second part of the class is all about relaxation and restoration with seated and lying postures. Breathing techniques and meditation are incorporated throughout the class, to enhance the calming benefits of this practice.
My intention for each class is to create a space where you feel welcome and where you can just be yourself. There is no striving, no judgement – we all practice within our own ability. Yoga is not about how it looks, but about how it feels. There is nothing you need to do, other than enjoying a moment in which you allow yourself to slow down and restore your energy levels. I’m here to facilitate that for you.
