Wednesday Yoga is more than an ordinary Yoga Class. It's a 'Great Gathering' each week connecting Souls together in the community. Tina provides the space for ALL women to feel at home and receive what they need from each session. Whether that be to simply rest, connect, practice mindfulness, or be Inspired.
Tina’s style of teaching includes storytelling, intention setting, breath work, yin and restorative poses and meditation. She teaches from the heart and takes you back to your own heart.
